We do not guarantee any specific business outcome.

You retain ownership of content created through the Service.

Qualeva and its names, branding, software, interfaces, documentation, and technologies are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used to improve the Service.

8. Availability and Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability;
  • error-free operation;

Beta and preview features may change or be discontinued at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qualeva and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Qualeva during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security concerns, legal requirements, or operational reasons.

Certain information may remain subject to our Privacy Policy after termination.
